Desde su incorporaci\u00f3n a GCA en septiembre de 2024, Scott ha realizado contribuciones significativas tanto en sistemas frontend como backend, aprovechando su profunda experiencia en JavaScript y tecnolog\u00edas web modernas. Ha promovido activamente el uso de Infraestructura como C\u00f3digo dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n, liderando su implementaci\u00f3n e integraci\u00f3n en las pr\u00e1cticas fundamentales de desarrollo.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de unirse a GCA, Scott lider\u00f3 equipos de ingenier\u00eda durante varios a\u00f1os en complejas migraciones de sistemas, desarrollo de productos desde cero y mantenimiento continuo de plataformas cr\u00edticas, incluyendo infraestructura de autenticaci\u00f3n y un bus de mensajer\u00eda basado en eventos para toda la empresa. Ha implementado soluciones tanto en el sector fintech como en el de seguros, donde la fiabilidad, la escalabilidad y el cumplimiento normativo son primordiales. Su experiencia t\u00e9cnica abarca el desarrollo full-stack, con profunda competencia en TypeScript, React, Golang, AWS y modernas canalizaciones de CI\/CD. Desde la arquitectura de servicios backend escalables y la direcci\u00f3n de iniciativas de observabilidad hasta la tutor\u00eda de desarrolladores junior, Scott aporta constantemente una mentalidad colaborativa y un fuerte enfoque en la entrega de impacto significativo a largo plazo.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 disfruta hacer cuando no est\u00e1 trabajando?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Soy un entusiasta!
