En su funci\u00f3n, supervisa la agenda de investigaci\u00f3n del programa y lidera el equipo de pol\u00edtica cibern\u00e9tica. Joyce es tambi\u00e9n coeditora del  <\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journal of Cyber Policy,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y comentarista habitual sobre cuestiones que se sit\u00faan en el nexo entre tecnolog\u00eda, seguridad y geopol\u00edtica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de su investigaci\u00f3n y redacci\u00f3n habituales, el trabajo actual de Joyce incluye liderar la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil en los procesos cibern\u00e9ticos de la ONU, realizar ejercicios de simulaci\u00f3n inmersiva, desarrollar capacidades y experiencia cibern\u00e9tica entre los responsables pol\u00edticos, facilitar di\u00e1logos, desarrollar enfoques estrat\u00e9gicos para abordar la ciberdelincuencia y abordar la igualdad, la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n en la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas cibern\u00e9ticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anteriormente, Joyce trabaj\u00f3 para las Naciones Unidas (ONU), la Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la Cruz Roja y otras organizaciones sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, y presidi\u00f3 el grupo de trabajo sobre ciberdelincuencia del Foro Global sobre Experiencia Cibern\u00e9tica (GFCE).
