Actualmente, L\u012bga est\u00e1 desarrollando una consultor\u00eda independiente bajo su propio nombre, asesorando a diversos actores p\u00fablicos y privados en el desarrollo de negocios en las \u00e1reas de econom\u00eda digital, seguridad y defensa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lo largo de su carrera, ha demostrado una trayectoria en el fomento de la innovaci\u00f3n y el liderazgo de pensamiento en el contexto nacional, de la UE, la OTAN y la ONU. En su reciente cargo como Directora S\u00e9nior de Asuntos Gubernamentales Europeos de Microsoft (Ciberseguridad y Defensa), L\u012bga lider\u00f3 un equipo para impulsar el impacto regulatorio y no regulatorio en cuestiones cibern\u00e9ticas para una de las mayores empresas del sector privado del mundo. Anteriormente en su carrera, L\u012bga sirvi\u00f3 como la primera diplom\u00e1tica cibern\u00e9tica de Letonia ante la UE, la OTAN y la ONU, fomentando la era de la ciberdiplomacia y abordando las complejidades del nuevo quinto dominio de la guerra.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u012bga posee una gran habilidad para escuchar y responder a las necesidades gubernamentales y de los clientes en cuanto a abordar las preocupaciones y oportunidades emergentes en materia de seguridad. Es una oradora p\u00fablica frecuente que involucra y desaf\u00eda a audiencias ejecutivas a nivel global.
