A Perspective from Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit

GCA has partnered with Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit (DCU) to host a webinar on July 14, 2020, from 10:00 – 11:00am EDT. The webinar will feature Joachim Rosenoegger, Senior Manager of Investigations EMEA, of the Microsoft DCU, who will provide insight on how to fight cybercrime, with a focus on phishing and business email compromise (BEC). Information will be provided on the current threat landscape and recent cases that made headlines in the news. Microsoft DCU will provide guidance on how to cooperate with law enforcement, which is critical since BEC can lead to financial crime or other forms of criminal activity.
