Josh is a cybersecurity and national security expert with 25 years’ experience in public and private sector technology and strategy. He has led 10+ major cyber and deep tech acquisitions, integrations and investments and brings experience at all stages of the investment cycle. He is also an active early-stage investor specialising in cyber, space, and applied quantum technology.
Josh has an enviable network and privileged access to many CEOs, critical infrastructure owners and decision makers in government and industry. He is closely connected to the security ecosystem through his directorships and strategic advisory roles in the UK, Singapore, Australia and Middle East where he continues to drive technological innovation focused on national and cybersecurity.
Josh established Accenture’s Intelligence & National Security Practice and was Cyber Defence lead for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He managed US$650m in global security revenues for APAC and led a team of 400+ professional staff and 20+ Managing Directors across Strategy, Cyber Defence, Identity, Application Security & Managed Security Services. He built long-standing relationships and has become a trusted advisor to devise and lead complex, mission-related security projects.
